This is a Request for Qualifications to provide architectural services for the design of
facilities for the City of Cave City Boys & Girls Club Project.
The City of Cave City is applying for grant funds from the Kentucky Community Development Block Grant
Program for the renovation of a building to serve the Boys & Girls Club.
The project will consist of assisting the client with design of a facility to meet space
requirements and code compliance. The RFQ is for the design, bidding and construction
inspection services required for the facility.
You are invited to submit a proposal to be received no later than 4:00 p.m. local time on
August 2nd, 2021. Five copies of your proposal should be submitted to Mayor Dwayne
Hatcher, 103 Duke St, PO Box 567, Cave City, KY 42127.

The Contract will be awarded to the responsible offerer whose proposal is determined to
be the most advantageous to the City of Cave City. The factors to be considered and the
method to be utilized in the evaluation of the qualifications and selection of the architect
are set forth in Attachment F.
